This page explains what personal information Build with Kat collects and what we do with it.

Who we are

Build with Kat is a solo software development service operated by Kat, based in the United Arab Emirates. Contact: mgmtkati@gmail.com.

What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. Three sources:

1. When you book a scoping call. We use Cal.com to schedule calls. Cal.com collects your name, email, and any details you share, then passes them to us so we can run the call. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
2. When you email us. If you email mgmtkati@gmail.com, we receive your email address and message. Email is hosted with Google (Gmail).
3. When you visit the site. We use Vercel Analytics for high-level traffic counts. No identifying cookies, no advertising trackers, no session recording. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Third parties

We use Cal.com (call scheduling), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google (Gmail and web fonts), and Stripe (payments). Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• correct or delete it,
• object to or restrict how we use it,
• request a portable copy.
